Urban development in St. Pölten

The new urban quarter will be built on a site area of around 9,000 square meters and will extend from Rathausplatz via Roßmarkt to Julius Raab-Promenade. The project is divided into several construction areas. The mixed-use development between Rathausplatz and Roßmarkt will consist of stores, offices, a boutique hotel with 131 rooms and panoramic restaurant, as well as 45 units for assisted living. Between Roßmarkt and Julius Raab Promenade, 78 condominiums with open space are planned. At the corner of Heitzlergasse and Roßmarkt, 52 rental studios for students and young professionals, an underground garage with 235 parking spaces, storage for 325 bicycles and a congress center for up to 450 people are planned.
