A new creative quarter is being built in Potsdam’s center for around 85 million euros. The open space concept creates a variety of places to stay and meet. Green roofs and facades, rainwater infiltration and planting concepts strengthen the sustainable development of the quarter. The sustainability concept also focuses on the use of climate-friendly building materials, energy efficiency and a mobility strategy designed for pedestrians and cyclists.
