Town center development master plan
The master plan for the village center development of Annenheim aims to restore the project area between Seepark and Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn as a central and multifunctional link between the mountain and the lake.
The new Hotel Kaiserhof is the centerpiece of the project considerations and, as a year-round operation, should not only contribute significantly to strengthening the tourism region, but also make valuable, publicly usable infrastructure available to the local population.
