The project is divided into several construction areas. The mixed-use development between Rathausplatz and Ro\u00dfmarkt will consist of stores, offices, a boutique hotel with 131 rooms and panoramic restaurant, as well as 45 units for assisted living. Between Ro\u00dfmarkt and Julius Raab Promenade, 78 condominiums with open space are planned.
