The site was chosen due to its convenient location in order to optimize access to the hall and make operating processes more efficient. <\/p>\n<p>Construction work will begin in spring 2024 and should be completed by 2026. A maintenance hall with six tracks and an additional graffiti cleaning track will be built on a development area of around 40,000 m\u00b2. With over 5,200 m\u00b2 of photovoltaic systems on the roof and fa\u00e7ade, an output of over 1,100 kWp is achieved, which corresponds to the annual electricity consumption of around 360 households. In addition, extensive roof and fa\u00e7ade greening ensures better integration into the surroundings and contributes to CO\u2082 and fine dust binding as well as cooling and humidifying the microclimate.
